Abstract:

The article suggests the model for integrated assessment of existing proposal in the market of banking services in mortgage lending. We analyze and segment the market of consumer mortgage. We justify the choice of the most important factors affecting a decision on borrowing. We also select boundary values for each social group and develop a model through the method of weighted coefficients.
