Abstract:

The article considers forms, risks, advantages and disadvantages of remote banking services and justifies the effectiveness of its use. We examine in detail and characterize such concepts as Internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking. We suggest ways to manage risks for customers when using remote banking services.
