Abstract:

Today the issue of improving the competitiveness and efficiency of the implementation of projects for the construction of buildings and structures is very relevant, but all this requires the use of new technologies, methods and systems. The work is relevant because at the moment the introduction of information technologies, both at the design stage and at all stages of the implementation of projects for the construction of buildings and structures is extremely important for the enterprises of the construction complex. The article is aimed at considering advantages and disadvantages of application of BIM-technologies throughout the life cycle of construction project of a building or structure. The conclusions may be useful for developers and other professional real estate market participants.
