Abstract:

In the article the author studies public-private partnership in investment and construction activity using an example of loft projects. Loft project is a subject of the study, that is, fulfillment of creative potential through creative spaces. The study is aimed at identification and justification of the features of organizational and economic mechanisms in the implementation of loft projects. The author draws conclusions about necessary forms of business and government relations for the formation of effective relations. The practical importance of the research lies in the possibility of further use of mechanisms for implementing loft projects in public-private partnerships.
