Integration of the Democratic Republic of the Congo into the system of international relations during armed conflict is an object of the study. We consider the issues of revitalisation of Congolese diplomacy and the main goals and tasks of foreign policy in the post-conflict period. The paper focuses on the issue of restoration of diplomatic relations between a number of countries of the world community in the context of political, economic and business interactions. The empiric methods in political scene allow identifying link between stability in Central Africa’s region and development of foreign relations. The author concludes that in the face of new challenges of international security we should not to ignore the unresolved issues of this Central African country, since African countries, with their powerful potential in various fields, play an increasing role in world political and economic processes.
