The article analyzes the current state of the market for public-private partnership (PPP) in developed and developing countries. The paper is aimed at identifying the best world practices in order to determine the most favorable conditions for the practical implementation of PPP projects in Russia. We conclude that PPP in developed and developing countries is a very productive and stimulating tool that allows the country to develop from within, to facilitate economic growth and welfare. The interaction between the public and private sectors creates sustainable employment, involvement, it develops innovations and contributes to the acceleration of commercial modernization, and as a result, it helps to offset some initial investment costs to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the private sector.
