Abstract:

Apart from the lack in some cases of initiative and will of public authorities, one of the issues of PPP implementation in Russia in general and within the regional space is the inadequacy of legal forms of PPP implementation, which create legal guarantees of the rights and interests for the state and private investors. In the article, on the basis of the analysis results, we suggest options for solving the issues of transport sector financing.
