The article considers the issues of formation of a common financial market of the EAEU member countries, arising from different levels of development of their economies and different approaches to defining their participation in this Union. We show the interdependence of development between participating countries at macroeconomic level, when the geopolitical challenges of Russia have a direct impact on other EAEU countries. We justify the need to create a common financial market as a condition for overcoming differences in the development levels of the EAEU countries and providing an infrastructure for free flow of capital between them.
