Abstract:

The article considers the situation on the labor market of the Kyrgyz Republic. We reveal the main causes and factors that provoke labor surplus on the labor market of the republic, which has emerged during the transition period and which is deepening and in the modern conditions. We also describe the activities carried out by the state employment service to reduce unemployment and tensions in the labor market. The article proposes the solutions of this problem on the basis of creation of decent jobs.
