Abstract:

The objective of the paper is to study comprehensively the patterns of creation and identification of the development features of entrepreneurial activity in small business entities of the Republic of Tajikistan; to identify the impact of entrepreneurial activity on the main development parameters of the country, and to develop scientific recommendations for improving the efficiency of its public administration. We suggest the author’s interpretation of the concept of entrepreneurial activity, which is, according to the author, a complete embodiment of intellectual, material, financial, organizational capacities of the entrepreneur, and the quantitative result of which is labor productivity achieved through the production of goods and services and reflected in the profit received from the sale of products. For the first time, we’ve identified the signs of activity of business entities and directions for assessment of the activity and passivity of entrepreneurial activity. We consider a system of indicators that allows assessing entrepreneurial activity in the system of indicators of entrepreneurial activity. We made a quantitative analysis of the efficiency of State impact in the Republic of Tajikistan on the economy as a whole and on the dynamics of small business indicators. We present directions for improving state regulation of entrepreneurial activity; in particular, we suggest the creation of a program for supporting entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tajikistan. In the article we justify the main elements of the program, the implementation of which will enhance the increase in entrepreneurial activity. In the paper we used integrated scientific research methods, such as the system approach, structural and economic analysis, dialectical logic, logical and historical unity, the theory of knowledge, methods of statistical and mathematical analysis. We also used specific methods such as a system analysis, surveys and econometric forecast. The obtained theoretical results may be used by scientists; the recommendations on improving management in the field of increasing entrepreneurial activity may be used in practical activities of state and municipal authorities. Further studies in this area can be aimed at developing a methodology and quantifying the impact of indicators of entrepreneurial activity on the country's socio-economic indicators.
