In the research conducted among students with musculoskeletal injuries, we studied the features of adaptation to stress during physical education classes. We compared various classes: strength-training, with elements of game and mobile games, speed-strength and endurance. We revealed the correlation between the indicators of adaptation to learning process and the individual characteristics of students.
