Abstract:

The article reveals the situation in civilizational relations between the West and the East, where Russia has a special historical and content-strategic role in conjunction with the eastern partners, primarily with China. We stress the function of analysts in understanding problems and their resolution, the quality of analytics and the specifics of the technologies, which are based on the logic of dialectical-deductive type created by Hegel and designed in the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC). We set the way of analytical interaction with analysts of China and other countries.

Highlights:

• Domination of the disastrous capitalist form of management and the liberal ideological system has become official by the end of XXth century.
• To neutralize RUSSOFOBIA we need to understand the civilizational features of Russia.
• Universal-dialectical approach in thinking allows to combine harmoniously the opposing accents in the content of ideological and political, normative, economic, social paradigms.
