Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to study the potential efficiency of telemedicine technologies in the context of digitalization of national health system. Within the article, on the basis of economic, statistical and content research methods, we describe the main advantages and limitations of the application of digital technologies in healthcare. We also describe the basic concept of distributed network of diagnostic and clinical services which are a link between the patient (consumer) and the medical institutions (health services providers). The article shows that such diagnostic and clinical services should not only carry out the remote monitoring of fistula patients in order to prevent patient’s critical condition. We also show the consulting and educational role of such organizations, which corresponds to the general cognitivization trend in economic and social sector. On the basis of foreign experience, we prove social and economic efficiency of application of innovative telemedicine technologies at the pre-hospital stage of management of patients with cardiological diseases.
