Abstract:

The state of the Russian economy determines the flexibility of enterprise development through the development and application of mechanisms of adaptation to a constantly changing market conditions. In these circumstances, the means of improving the efficiency of the enterprises could be an internal business development which gives employees the opportunity to self-realization through their own activity and entrepreneurial skills with the resources of the enterprise.
