The article considers the issue of development of innovative entrepreneurship in Kamchatka Region in relation to the need to ensure regional ecological and economic balance of its further development. Introduction of environmentally oriented technological innovations is one of the most important mechanisms for this issue. We analyze the current state of innovative entrepreneurship in Kamchatka Region. We designed dependence function between the volume of innovative production and costs of innovations. We identify long-term trends in the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. We consider the creation of the Territory of advanced development "Kamchatka" as one of the main prospects for stimulating innovation activity. Besides, there are opportunities to support this trend also in the framework of the Development Strategy of Kamchatka Region and regional state development programs. We suggest promising organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring innovation activity.
