Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study of innovative development of the building complex of Krasnoyarsk region. We determine national characteristics of the construction market, mark out the specifics and factors effecting the state and development of the building complex of the region, and identify the key challenges facing the building complex of the region. We reveal the main world trends in building materials industry, and describe domestic realities. We analyze and show the problems of infrastructure support of innovative activities in the building industry of the region. We’ve developed strategic directions and alternative scenarios for the development of the building complex of the region.
