Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to form the concept of telemedicine segment development by activating the entrepreneurial initiative through the use of modern tools of interaction between business entities and the state (private financial initiative). Based on the study of statistical and journalistic data, it is shown that a number of reforms will be initiated in the Russian health care system that will open new opportunities for increasing innovation-oriented entrepreneurial activity, which should also be targeted at the development of the telemedicine services segment. The main results of the study are presented in the form of schematic diagrams of the structural construction of the segment of telemedicine services, as well as in the form of a concept of implementing private entrepreneurial initiative on the basis of state guarantees. The obtained results can be used both for the elaboration of target programs for the development of the national healthcare system, and for the elaboration of entrepreneurial models on the basis of a diversified approach to the promotion of telemedicine services.
