Abstract:

The article considers the institution of the corporate contract, its concept, legal nature, value and content. We analyze advantages of the corporate contract regarding the society's charter and its role in a management system of economic company. The author studies the legal relationship arising between the society’s participants who have entered into a corporate contract. We prove usefulness and importance of a corporate contract for participants of economic companies. The corporate contract allows regulating the relationships in realization of corporate rights on a contractual basis accepted by the parties and also allows providing legal protection of its participants.
