The article reflects the impact of the changes in stages of production on the formation of new structures of employment on the Russian labor market. We analyze non-standard forms of employment and calculate their share in the total employment structure. We show that the spread of non-standard forms of work reflects the preferences of the participants of the labor process on the choice of forms of employment, which necessitates changes in the approach to the implementation of the state policy in the labor market, which should be aimed not only at reducing unemployment, but also at achieving balance of interests of all participants of the labor process.
