Abstract:

The article considers the concept of “health oriented personality needs (orientations)”. We show the main stages, methods and techniques of the author's training program "My health is the health of the nation". This program is developed to shape a health-oriented personality needs (orientations) of modern adolescents, taking into account ethnocultural determinants.

Highlights:

• Today in the challenging conditions it is extremely important to form attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle in adolescents.
• Training is an effective tool for shaping a health-oriented directivity of adolescent's personality.
• Ethnopsychological training favors the development of a health-oriented directivity of personality, taking into account ethnocultural determinants.
