Abstract:

Present article represents approach to management of transition of company’s localized branch to innovative self-development conditions, including diagnosis of branch readiness for innovative self-development, initialization of entrepreneurship activity of leaders and self-development processes, execution of transition organizational project. Execution of approach creates conditions for development of localized branch as Center of business responsibility.
