Abstract:

The article develops methodological aspects of preventive crisis management in corporations. We draw methodological points of the general theory of corporations’ crisis and examine the sources of risk in the system of forecasting and goal setting of corporations’ activities. The goal of the article is to draw and develop methodological points of preventive crisis management in corporations in the frames of corporations’ crisisology. In order to achieve this goal the article solve the following tasks: the formation of methodological points of corporation’s crisisology; development of possible directions of preventive crisis management in corporations; study of the sources of corporation’s crisis in the subsystem of the goal-setting of its activities; analysis of typical errors in the target setting sub-system of Russian corporations. Corporations are the object of the article. Development of methodical aspects of preventive crisis management in corporations is the subject of the article.
