Abstract:

The author analyzes the regulatory framework governing the inclusion of Russian science journals into the List. The list is formed by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation on the basis of the recommendations of the higher attestation Commission under the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation. The main document for 2017 regulating this issue was the Order № 1586 of the Ministry of education. The article discusses in detail these Rules and Requirements, as well as the subtleties of filling the web resource intended for submission of documents for inclusion into the List.
