Abstract:

In modern science, the uniqueness of the text plays an important role. For several years, the rules of plagiarism have been established in educational institutions and scientific journals. However, at the legislative level of verification of uniqueness, insufficient attention has been paid. The work touches upon the issues of uniqueness (originality) of the text of the scientific works. In the article, the author cites global problems in checking the originality of the text of scientific works.
