Abstract:

Today when Russia faces the national task of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, there is an urgent need to develop and implement new effective approaches to the organization and management of production. That’s why production systems aimed at the use of resource and energy-saving technologies in production, the use of progressive organizational solutions and methods to increase labor productivity are in demand. Integrated management technology most closely meets such criteria. This technology is based on the concepts of managing the development of enterprise’s production system. Thus, the development of an integrated management technology for the development of the production system is the current trend in the selected scientific study. The article presents a conceptual model of integrated management technology and its distinctive features.
