Abstract:

The article considers the issues of rational use of factors of enterprises’ localization (natural resources and economic, environmental and others conditions) in the Republic of Crimea, which contribute to quick payback of projects and high profitability of business. We determine the importance and place of the agrarian sector in the economy of Crimea as one of development priorities of the region. We identify the goal of strategic localization of enterprises in the regions, which will ensure the steady growth of the level and quality of life of the population on the basis of a balanced socio-economic system of an innovative type.
