The world globalization and development of IT technology affect the speed of business development. That’s why it is important to strengthen human capital development with the help of Digital technologies in human resource management. The goal of the study is to analyze current recruitment technology in the company. The analysis of the recruitment technology shows that the staff of recruiting agency applies the most popular digital recruiting tools when fulfilling vacancies. The first steps towards the immersion in digital sphere have already been done. But its tools can hardly be called innovative. With regard to the rapidly changing market environment, you should not develop only this direction. As a result, we suggest measures to improve the recruiting system in the recruiting agency and recommendations for their implementation. We also suggest implementing program that will automate simple selection stages. Besides we recommend paying more attention to analysts of the process of vacancy fulfillment, in order to make quick changes in the company's business processes.
