Abstract:

Article represents analysis of particularities of staff incentive by Russian innovative companies. Study is based on analysis of 102 small and mediumsized Russian companies. Key methods applied in successful innovative companies are specified by such statistic analysis methods as frequencies definition, chi-squared distribution, Kramer factor, and single-factor analysis of variance ANOVA. Represented study results show that innovative companies reach success on Russian market only in case of their complex and efficient personnel motivation system development.
