Abstract:

Modern Russian economy tries hard to get rid of commodity dependence. In this regard authorities together with business structures, try to develop infinite tourism and recreational potential of our country. Drawing on organizational and managerial mechanism for the development of entrepreneurship and tourism potential, which has been formed in the Russian Federation, we consider the mechanism of interaction between authorities and business structures, functioning in the Kamchatka Territory; we reveal the problems that impede the effective interaction between business and government and the development of tourism sector; we suggest a model of interaction between government and business structures which use tourism potential in the form of a common road map for the development of tourism in the Kamchatka Territory.
