Abstract:

Today the world economy is determined by the level of implementation of the most advanced technologies in key sectors of the economy. This is due to the reduction of the role of raw materials and low-tech sectors and due to the orientation towards the development of innovative industries. That’s why the moral obsolescence of the equipment of some domestic enterprises and insufficient share of high technology reduce the international competitiveness of the Russian economy in some sectors of industrial production. In such circumstances the intensification of technology transfer to Russian industry becomes extremely urgent. The article analyses scientific publications of domestic and foreign scientists about the classification of the main development factors of technology transfer. The author formed the approach to the spectrum of factors that affect the technology transfer of Russian industrial enterprise.
