The application of such a method as black PR is gaining popularity in the business environment. We can explain that by the spread of raider seizures in Russia and by the constant development of the Internet technologies that contribute to the rapid delivery of information to selected target audiences. The article describes black PR technologies used by raiders when seizing the targeted company, such as ordered articles, SMS-mailing, public speaking, etc. The article also gives examples of the information that the raiders use during information attack. Compromising information about the leaders of the target company is the most powerful weapon. As a conclusion, we show the strategic consequences for the target company, which ignores the signs of the information war that competitors or raiders have started. We can list here the decrease in the business reputation of the company or its further bankruptcy.
