Abstract:

In this paper we propose new, innovative methods for determining the solutions for assessing the market value, «emerging» in the Russian market of intellectual property the new object for assessment - a single technology, like ready-to-industrial use intellectual activity result in scientific and technical sphere. The author builds a process of determining the value of single technology from the perspective of the synergistic effect of all objects, rather than identifying and determining the market value of each individually and then summing, as it had been done previously in the evaluation of multiple items of intellectual property.
