Abstract:

The article considers the strategic guidelines for the development of enterprises of the construction complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, designed to overcome the backlog of the development of the industry and the transformation of the region into a territory of comfortable living and successful business. We study the state of the construction industry, the peculiarities and trends of its functioning, positive and negative factors of the development of the construction complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Using PEST- and SWOT-analysis we identify the internal and external factors affecting the development of the construction complex in the region and show the key directions of their use. We analyze the stakeholders, and suggest the main priorities for the development of the construction complex of the region. As a result of the application of the "road mapping" method, we’ve developed the strategic guidelines for the activity of construction companies, and have designed the alternative scenarios for the development of the construction complex of the province. In the long term the guidelines will ensure the modernization of the current production facilities, the renewal of fixed assets, and will also ensure the maximum use of resources in the region's mineral and raw materials base.
