Abstract:

Authors solve task of diagnosis of credit projects and organization business capability, which are considered during credit risk evaluation. Innovative changes impulse model and its mathematical interpretation by cognitive modeling method are used for description of such organization’s readiness for initialization of successful projects. This work is done with financial support of Ministry of Education and Science of Russia (Agreement No 13.G25.31.0093) under implementation of Russian Government Resolution No 218 “About arrangements of state support of cooperation development between Russian higher education institutions and organizations implementing system projects on high technology production development”.
