Abstract:

Within the strategic priorities of the development of agro-industrial complex nobody pays enough attention in scientific plan and in management practice to intra- and inter-regional levels of economic interaction. However, in the case of Russia's accession to the WTO, under the current situation in agriculture, trade and economic interactions between the RF subjects of the Federal district and between the regions become important for maintenance and enhancement of its competitiveness.
