The article covers the issues of formation of the system for assessing the satisfaction with the quality of education from the point of view of the main consumers of educational services. The authors define and mark the peculiarities in assessing the quality of education from the viewpoint of the state, employers and students. We show the results of questionnaires of graduates of the Orenburg State University about certain aspects of the quality assessment of the received education: we reveal the strengths of the university according to the opinion of graduates, we assess the compliance of the structure of educational programs with the expectations of graduates; we also give the assessment of the quality of training for respondents in profile disciplines. The authors classify the ideas of graduates about the organization and adjustment of educational process in the educational organization. In the end we define generalized criteria for assessing the quality of education from the point of view not only graduates, but also professors and employers. We give recommendations for the development of the system for assessing the quality of education and suggest the promising areas of activity of universities in training of competitive specialists and interaction.
