Abstract:

The article analyses prerequisites and justifies the appropriateness of adoptation of the law of the Donetsk People's Republic “On termination of rights to unclaimed land plots or their parts”. We give a concept of this legal act and its approximate structure. We also identify the legal consequences of implementing the provisions of the proposed normative legal act.
