Abstract:

This paper examines the fundamental question of philosophy of economic science formulated by Adam Smith, which has unequal implementation in the global economic community, depending on specific historical conditions, different internal and external factors, temporal and spatial arguments (political, socio-psychological, cultural, etc.). The economic meaning of the basic research question is empirical "discovery" of dynamic harmony of the market and state technological mechanisms, allowing to optimize management decisions aimed at achieving progressive changes in the life of society. The authors offer the algorithm of solving this task, implemented only with the availability of statistically significant empirical data that reflect the basic parameters of economic activities of enterprises of the state (municipal) and private economic sectors.
