Abstract:

The paper is devoted to the analysis of regional development features of project financing and public-private partnership in the modern economic conditions of the Russian Federation. We note that the high level of corruption and the developed practice of lobbying the interests of "close" companies by political forces are the peculiarities of the Russian institutional environment that influence the development of project financing on the basis of PPP.
