Abstract:

The article examines the concept of personnel marketing as the basis for the development of personal strategies development for a public servant. Indicated the significance of management of strategy for personal growth management as a basis for the development of organizational strategy and growth of the intellectual capital of organizations (within the concept of personnel marketing).
