Abstract:

The article considers the issues of the mechanism for assessing the competitiveness of organizations in the Russian Federation using the example of construction enterprises. The author, analyzing the current state of the construction industry in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, points out on the existing problems in this area that do not allow the construction industry to make a qualitative leap in its development. The author thinks that the choice of an optimal integrated method for assessing the competitiveness of construction companies will help predict the competitiveness of the enterprise for a long-term perspective and develop a strategy for achieving it, which in the future will add momentum to the development of this sector. We show that in order to assess the competitiveness of construction organizations, should be applied the hierarchy analysis method on the basis of indicators characterizing the activity of the enterprise. Such an assessment allows identifying the most competitive organizations and suggesting a set of recommendations when applying this method. The data of the article have a certain practical significance and can be used in the educational process, in training future economists, engineers, during classes at advanced training courses and professional retraining of employees of enterprises of the investment and construction complex.
