Abstract:

Today the market economy is in permanent dynamics because of the rethinking and restructuring of approaches related to economic theory. Income is one of the most difficult categories in the economy. The problem of staff motivation for effective work activity, distribution of the incentive fund and wages among employees considering the criteria of equity is one of the most urgent problems related to the trend in changing the standard of living of the population and its stratification. The authors suggest the system of staff remuneration on the basis of score assessment.
