Abstract:

The article considers approaches to staffing the process of creating high-tech jobs. We describe the approach proven in practice and based on the assessment of qualitative characteristics of the employee's competence (the level of mastered activities). On the basis of the study we give recommendations for changing the system of indicators of the labor potential of the territory and for formation of the system of professional education inside and outside production. We analyze the forecast of the structure of the population employed in the economic complex of the region in the aspect of demanded levels of competence of production workers by 2030. We show the possibility of solving the problem of training qualified personnel for high-tech jobs.
