Abstract:

Changes in the labor sphere of modern Russian society promote the growth of labor precarity and the loss of professional self-identification of workers. The article shows that the development and introduction of professional standards will create conditions for an independent assessment of qualifications. It will ensure employees' confidence in a social value of their profession and their own labor, in the possibility of labor mobility, in professional development and career growth, and it will also reduce the risks of precarity and will help stabilize the labor market.
