Abstract:

The article provides a science-based assessment of food security of the Russian Federation in terms of import substitution by domestic production in connection with the embargo on food imports into the territory of Russia. We prove the need to develop the strategy of agrarian policy in conditions of import substitution by domestic production, which is the basis for priority development of food security.
