Abstract:

Step-by-step along with the technological development, the new methods of attracting capital enter the turnover. Crowdfunding is a new and the most promising model of financing at the moment. The article considers crowdinvesting which is a version of crowdfunding. We give the comparative estimation of advantages and disadvantages of this type of investment, we examine its types and analyze the situation in the Russian market.
