Abstract:

The article considers the theoretical approaches to the state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in order to protect the environment and stimulate the modernization and implementation of environmental innovations in industrial production. By the example of Permsky Krai, which is one of the most industrially developed regions of the Russian Federation, we have analyzed the air pollution caused by industrial enterprises operating in the region. We have also analyzed the state regulation of entrepreneurial activity at the state and regional levels for the purpose of protecting the environment and stimulating the environmental modernization of industrial enterprises. On the basis of the analysis we defined the priority directions of improving the environmental protection system in order to stimulate the modernization and implementation of environmental innovations in the industrial enterprises at the federal and regional levels.
