Abstract:

The article defines the terms “innovation strategy” and “innovative company”. We describe the stages of development of an investment strategy for a private company and give recommendations for its drawing up. We examine the current state of the world and Russian fintech markets. We demonstrate the main trend of the market. We compiled a list of the major players of the Russian venture market.
