Abstract:

The article is aimed at tracing ethno-psychological aspects of business strategy of businessmen of the Chinese community of Southeast Asia at the beginning of the XXI century. We show the reasons for possible and actual conflicts with the national elites of the ASEAN bloc, and the possible ways to solve ethno-cultural problems. We reveal typological reasons that cause conflicts in business on the basis of positive discrimination of national minorities by the titular majority.
