At the present time the fence mending between the two countries is a key factor in the growth and development of their economies. In the era of globalization, integration of trade and increase of significance of labor and capital, it is impossible to reform economics, to transform market and to ensure stable economic growth without integration into the world community. Thus, it is necessary to focus the policy of the Russian Federation on the integration of the economy of a particular region into the world economy.
